What Youβll Do
Manage intake and outtake of watches for authentication, service, and repair
Create, organize, and maintain documents related to service orders, authentication requests, repairs, invoices, and internal workflows
Communicate with clients regarding order status, timelines, next steps, and completion
Coordinate watches moving between clients, sales, watchmakers, authentication, operations, and shipping
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure every order is properly tracked
Support documentation for high-value watches, including service notes, authentication details, photos, and client communication
Help improve internal processes so the department can scale efficiently
Coordinate shipping, receiving, packaging, and logistics for high-value timepieces
Assist with packing, shipment preparation, and logistics coordination
Ensure watches are securely packaged and processed according to company procedures and shipping standards
Support incoming and outgoing inventory handling with accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure every client receives a professional, clear, and seamless experience

What Youβll Do
Own all aspects of showroom security and daily operational control

Define procedures for client arrivals, private appointments, and multiple clients in the showroom
