When was the Rolex models actually introduced, and what do the letters in the reference number mean?

You probably know which models are new, and which are older, but you probably don't know the year they were introduced and in what order. Get the answers here:

The references often consist of numbers combined with letters. Here is the meaning:
LN - Lynette Noir
Black Lynette - as in Submariner 116610 & 126610

LV - Lynette Verde
Green Lynette - as in Hulk, Starbucks and Kermit

LB - Lynette BleuBlue lynette - as in 126613LB & 126619LB a.k.a The smurf

BLRO - BleuRougeBlue and red Lynette - as in Pepsi 126710BLRO

BLNR - BleuNoirBlue and black lynette - as in Batman and Batgirl 116710 & 126710
