What You’ll Do

• Service luxury timepieces following brand-specific guidelines.
• Test watches for precision, performance, and quality.
• Authenticity authenticate and check all components for replacements or damage.
• Perform repairs and adjustments on timepieces and bracelets.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring everything is calibrated and accessible.
• Participate in videos on Social media, showcasing your skills and knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

• Skilled in repairing and refinishing cases and bracelets.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Watchmaker education required.

Role Overview: The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in managing Shopify orders, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for luxury watches and a strong understanding of B2C sales, event coordination, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shopify Management: Process and manage orders on Shopify, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Product Management: Assist in adding and updating product listings on Shopify, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via email, phone, and chat to provide product information and resolve inquiries professionally.
• B2C Sales Support: Support direct-to-consumer sales initiatives and manage customer relationships.
• Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate promotional events and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
• Social Media Management: Assist in posting content on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Content Creation: Capture high-quality product photos and assist in filming videos for marketing purposes.
• Order Processing: Manage end-to-end order processing, including invoicing and shipping coordination.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with order processing and product fulfillment
• Proven experience in customer engagement and B2C sales
• Knowledge of, or passion for luxury watches is a must.
• Experience in planning and coordinating events
• Proficiency in social media content creation and management
• Photography and video filming skills are a strong plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail
