Why I Built Investment Watches
I didnβt set out to build a watch company.
Before Investment Watches, I spent my career in softwareβbuilding, scaling, and leading an international SaaS company. It was a path that made senseβbut not one I wanted to follow long term. But outside of work, I was already deeply involved in watches. Collecting, studying the market, and, like many others, navigating a space that was far less straightforward than it should have been. Operating at scale today, with millions of dollars in watches transacted every month across a global client base of collectors and partners.
The more time I spent in the industry, the more one thing became clear: buying a luxury watch wasnβt just complicatedβit was risky. Authenticity concerns, inconsistent pricing, lack of transparency, and a fragmented dealer landscape made it difficult to know who to trust. Even experienced collectors often had to rely on instinct instead of clear, reliable information.
That didnβt sit right with me.

I saw an opportunity to build something different.
Not just another dealer, but a platform where trust wasnβt assumedβit was built into every step of the process.
Investment Watches started with a simple idea: create a safer, more transparent way to buy, sell, and invest in luxury watches. From day one, the focus has been on doing things properlyβinvesting in in-house expertise, building real authentication infrastructure, and creating a client experience that reflects the level of product we deal in.
Today, thousands of watches pass through our hands each year, with millions of dollars in watches transacted and advised on every month. We work with collectors and clients across the world, operate out of our showroom in Austin, and continue to invest heavily in authentication, service, and long-term infrastructure. As an official authentication center for Grailzee, we are also helping raise the standard across the broader marketβnot just within our own business. This level of responsibility comes from trust built over timeβand from the standard we apply across every watch, not just those we authenticate.

We donβt just operate in this marketβwe actively shape it through the volume we transact, the clients we advise, and the standards we apply to every watch that passes through our handsβand the expectations we set across the broader market. We approach watches not just as products, but as assetsβwhere value, liquidity, condition, provenance, and timing all matterβand where informed decisions make the difference. Constantly studying pricing and long-term value across the worldβs most important watch brands, with the same discipline we apply to every watch that comes through our doors.
Trusted by collectors globally, with a growing base of repeat clients and high-value transactions across the market.
But at its core, the mission hasnβt changed.
This is about building the safest place in the world to buy a watchβand the most trusted platform to buy, sell, and invest in them over timeβat any level. Built for collectors who expect moreβand designed to deliver it consistently.
Built for collectors who expect moreβand designed to deliver it consistently. A company defined not just by inventory, but by trustβearned, proven, and built to last.
